From CPA to Clutter-Free: How Bee Organized is Transforming Local Homes and Lives
We often hear about the “second act” in a career—that moment when someone decides to pivot from what they know to what they love.
For Christina Kjar, that pivot was a leap from the structured, numerical world of a Licensed CPA to the tactile, transformative world of professional organizing. After decades of navigating financial spreadsheets, Christina found herself asking a foundational question: “What truly lights me up?”

The answer wasn’t found in a ledger, but in a living room. It was found in bringing order to chaos, simplifying spaces, and creating environments that feel peaceful.
A New Hive in Northwest Austin
In June 2025, Christina launched Bee Organized Northwest Austin, based in Leander and serving the surrounding areas.
While the jump from accounting to organizing might seem wide, the skillset is surprisingly similar. Both require an eye for detail, a love for structure, and a desire to solve problems. That feeling of “flow”—where she is completely immersed and calm—was the ultimate confirmation that she had found her calling.

The “Bee-Liefs”: More Than Just Tidy Shelves
The name “Bee Organized” is a nod to nature’s most efficient workers, but their true differentiator is the human touch. Bee Organized Northwest Austin operates on a core set of “Bee-Liefs”:
Compassion: Understanding the emotional weight of disorganization.
Confidentiality: Maintaining absolute trust and privacy in personal spaces.
Judgment-Free Support: Meeting clients exactly where they are and focusing on progress, not perfection.
“Our mission is to serve others doing something that we love… simplified, clutter-free and orderly spaces make it easier to breathe, think, work and live.”

Connecting with the Community: Your Local “Easy Button”
Based in Leander, Christina chose to serve the Northwest Austin area to connect with and serve her own community. While the company is actively establishing its residential presence, Christina is keenly focused on professional partnerships.
“We love partnering with real estate agents, designers, and other home/business service providers to bring value to them and their clients,” Christina explains. “We want to be your easy button!”
Furthermore, Bee Organized also offers a surprising service that ties back to Christina’s background: Business Organization. A well-organized workplace can dramatically boost productivity, improve professional image, and save money—benefits that extend far beyond the home.

Ready for a Fresh Start?
January is officially “Get Organized Month,” and Christina encourages the community to seize the moment. Whether you need to reclaim your garage or clear the mental load that comes with a messy house, the Bees are ready to help set the stage for a calm, productive year.
For Christina, the journey from CPA to community organizer has been one of growth and purpose. What started as an idea has blossomed into a thriving local business dedicated to transforming lives, one organized space at a time.
