You are invited to our Cooking Well Texas Meets Mediterranean cooking class, brought to you by the Williamson County Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.
Cook along with us as we introduce the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet and teach you how to incorporate these principles into your kitchen.
During the class you will:
- explore recipes inspired by this regional diet
- practice making healthy choices through hands-on cooking
- enjoy sharing & tasting the recipes you make
